Work Location: Hu’u Project site, in Dompu, West Nusa Tenggara
The position is a twelve-month contract under an outsourcing company and works on a 4/2 FIFO roster.
Purpose of the Role:
Reporting to the Communications Manager, the Communication Assistant will be responsible for creative communications production, including design, photo, and video content creation. Additionally, the role will involve managing social media platforms and organizing events at the Hu’u Project site. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of creative flair and organizational skills to enhance our project’s communications strategies.
Accountabilities:
- Develop and produce creative content such as designs, photos, and videos to support project communications.
- Manage and maintain social media channels to engage stakeholders and promote project activities, assisted by social media agency.
- Organize and coordinate events, including logistics, scheduling, and on-site coordination, ensuring smooth execution and positive participant experience.

Key Responsibilities
Create visually appealing and informative designs, graphics, and multimedia content for various communication channels.
Capture and edit photos and videos that highlight project milestones, activities, and community engagement efforts.
Plan and execute social media campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and community management.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and effective event planning and execution.
Monitor social media metrics and analytics to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
Maintain an up-to-date calendar of events and activities, ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in communications, design komunikasi visual (DKV), marketing, multimedia design, or related field.
Proven experience (minimum 2 years, fresh graduate is welcome to apply) in creative production and social media, including content creation, graphic design, photography, videography, and video editing.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) and other relevant design and editing software.
Demonstrated ability to manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) for corporate or organizational purposes.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team and engage with stakeholders effectively.
Fluent in English (both spoken and written) is preferred.
